Friday (5/16) we have rented out an event space in the Wildwood Hotel for an open house welcome event. From 7-10 pm, guests can enjoy a few appetizers and a cash bar and say hi to Riley and Nick. Anyone is welcome to join! Saturday (5/17) the ceremony will start at 5:30pm with a reception to follow. Both will be at Westwind Hills.

Yes! We will have a shuttle that leaves from The Wildwood Hotel at 4:45. It can shuttle guests back to the hotel throughout the evening with the final shuttle leaving at 11:15

The ceremony and reception are both at Westwind Hills. The address is 1641 Hwy OO, Pacific, MO 63069. There is a parking lot onsite.

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm. The venue will have a greeter outside of the venue starting at 5:00pm. You may arrive earlier if you wish. Please arrive no later than 5:20pm to ensure you do not miss any of the ceremony!

We plan to have an outdoor ceremony weather permitting. The cocktail hour will also be partially outside on a covered patio. The reception will be indoors.

There will be an hour long cocktail hour in between the ceremony and the reception. All events will be at the same venue (Westwind Hills).

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet. For the cocktail hour, there will be passed appetizers with a selection of Goat Cheese and Honey Walnut tartlets, Baked Brie with Raspberry tartlets, Baked Brie with Blueberry tartlets, Toasted Ravioli with Marinara, and a Caprese Skewer for those with dietary restrictions (Gluten). For the dinner buffet, we'll be serving a Traditional Caesar salad, dinner rolls, Parmesan Encrusted Chicken with lemon butter sauce, Braised Beef Brisket with bordelaise sauce, Whipped Potatoes, Farm Market Green Beans, and Sunburst Cavatappi Pasta. Those with dietary restrictions (Gluten) will be served a plated dinner prepared separately. Children will receive a plated dinner with chicken fingers, mac and cheese, and a fruit cup.

The reception ends at 11:00pm.

The dress code is Formal Attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit).

May in St. Louis can range from upper 50s to lower 70s. There could be rain.

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is listed on the RSVP, you can bring someone! Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those listed on the RSVP. We hope you understand our decision.
